Please do not use these forms to report your lost or stolen Fuel Card.

Reporting your lost or stolen Fuel Card via these forms may result in it not receiving the priority attention it requires. Arval will not accept responsibility for any loss incurred on lost or stolen Fuel Cards when they are reported via these forms.

If you have lost your Fuel Card or had it stolen, please call this number to report it immediately; 0870 419 5165 and then provide written notice in accordance with your Fuel Card terms and conditions.
