Arval wins fuel award

Arval has won the Fuel Provider of the Year award at the inaugural Fleet Van Awards. The success was largely down to the range of fuel products, extensive network coverage that the Arval fuel card provides, management reporting and the support that Arval offers to van drivers.

Danny Clenaghan, Card Development Director at Arval, Europe’s leading fleet and fuel management company, collected the award which was presented at a black tie ceremony at the National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham in front of key players from the fleet industry.

The awards, created by industry-leading publication Fleet Van, are designed to reflect the growing size and importance of the light commercial vehicle sector and the critical role that it plays in keeping British business moving.

On collecting the award Danny Clenaghan commented:
“This award is testament to the great work that our fuel and LCV teams do on a daily basis to ensure that our products and services are the best in the market, providing an exceptional customer offer.”

He adds,
“We have had a market leading fuel proposition for some time but it is the work that we do on an ongoing basis to develop and enhance the proposition that allows us to win awards like this one.“

Arval beat Shell into second place to win the Fuel Provider of the Year award. The event also included a host of manufacturer awards for the best vans across several categories as well as awards for the best fleets and fleet managers.
